Great experience - as usual. I have been a Sullivan customer since 1985. During that time, my family has purchased 18 vehicles. Salespeople, and service staff have always gone above and beyond expectations. Dealer/customer loyalty is a two-way street at Sullivan. Owner, Jeff Sullivan, (when he sees me) always comes out of his office to greet me, shake hands, and engage in some small talk - whether I'm buying a new vehicle, or there for service. I always recommend Sullivan to other family, and friends. More

Very pleased with Sullivan Buick. This is the third Buick LaCrosse I have purchased from Sullivan Buick. Since General Motors decided to drop the LaCrosse model after 2019, the LaC This is the third Buick LaCrosse I have purchased from Sullivan Buick. Since General Motors decided to drop the LaCrosse model after 2019, the LaCrosse was getting hard to find. Gabe Szwec was very focused and helpful in finally finding the model, equipment and color range that I was comfortable with. Also, over the past nine years since I purchased my first Lacrosse at Sullivan, the service department personnel that I dealt with over the years have been very efficient and have helped maintain my cars.
