My husband and I were very impressed with the excellent service and their ability to work with us to find the right car that we could also afford. We were treated with the utmost respect and really appreciated the attention they gave to our needs. Not once did we feel like Mike was trying to "upsell" us in to a car we couldn't afford. I had a car which i still had payments on and non of them wanted to trade in the car because i owed more than what it was worth. I called KIA and from the first moment i called Mike helped me out and told me i had options so i went to visit them and since the moment i arrived he helped me out the process was fast and easy. And they trade in my car and i was able to leave with a KIA optima 2016 the same night. They went above and beyond to help me and my family out to be able to find the best fit and the best price for us. I got excellent discounts and service for the entire leasing contract. I will definitely recommend KIA to anyone and if you have that car that you think you cant trade in don't loose hope because after i was already hopeless they made it work for me. Mike Bazinet is a great sales person he didn't stop helping me out and giving me options until me and my husband were 100% satisfied he was even available the day after i bought the car to help me out with the features of the car that i couldn't figure out. I finalize my paperwork with Terral Altman from the Finance department which he was very helpful as well and offered me much more than what i was expecting. No Pressure Sales In September my wife began looking for a new car. She had decided on a Kia. Although she was thinking about buying a Sportage, she settled on a Sorento. When we arrived at the dealership, Mike Bazinet introduced himself and my wife explained that she was only looking at the present time and any sign of pressure would terminate our association with your dealership. We had already had a few bad experiences up and down the east coast as we visited several different dealerships. Mike was very low-key in his approach and respectful of the request for no pressure. Since we purchased the Sorento in September, we have driven over 15,000 miles. The vehicle handles extremely well, has plenty of cargo space and the fuel to mileage ratio is excellent. I highly recommend Myrtle Beach Kia to anyone who is looking for top quality service, excellent pricing and friendly sales personnel. More
