This was so easy and enjoyable! I corresponded with JD over email before I came in person. I felt very secure working with him. We took a test drive and got all of the paperwork taken care of easily. He even let me use his phone charger while I waited! Roberto offered me a very useful and practical add-on package to increase the life of my car. He was very polite and straightforward with his upsell, and I took it! Finally, Zeke in financing brought us all the way home in a happy and delightful way, even though it was so late. He kept my payments where I needed them to be and we had a few good laughs to boot.
