Within 3 days of owning the vehicle we noticed the drivers seat warmer didn't work, called Mike to see if the dealership could cover it, his voicemail box was full. Then I call the dealership to try a drivers seat warmer didn't work, called Mike to see if the dealership could cover it, his voicemail box was full. Then I call the dealership to try and talk with him, he wasn't available. I then called the service department, they said it may be covered under the extended warranty. Very poor service after the sale. More

Mike is easy to work with. I leased a Rav4 from him in 2017 and then in 2020. I returned to end the lease and buy out the 2020 Rav4. Mike made the process quick and easy.
