Setting up the appointment with super easy, the lady informed me about recalls I didn’t know I had. They ordered the parts and then set the appointment after the parts were already in. Mike sent me a text to let me know that I could text him anytime. They had my car fixed in no time. I’m picking up. My car was even easier. Cannot say enough about the service of the dealership. This dealership does not care about its customers. I had a warranty replacement for an actuator back in 2025 prior to my warranty being out. The codes pulling that up should have also found that out t I had a warranty replacement for an actuator back in 2025 prior to my warranty being out. The codes pulling that up should have also found that out that my throttle body was bad and my fuel injector was bad. I am real upset because that's something that could have been prevented and taken care of prior to my warranty being out. On top of that the dealership tried to charge me $600 to replace my throttle body. This is very unfortunate because I ended up paying $190 for a throttle body from the parts department and replacing it myself. This took my time. They also kept my truck over the weekend, because of a gasket. I do not want to work with this company at all More

They did the minimum for the service. They are in a state of mass confusion. I made reservations online for them to pick up my car for service and return it. They forgot to pick it They are in a state of mass confusion. I made reservations online for them to pick up my car for service and return it. They forgot to pick it up so I had to drive down to their location. They were supposed to return me to my home, but after 45 minutes of waiting, I had someone pick me up. When the car was ready for pickup, They made arrangements to have someone take me to the service center, only to cancel the order an hour later. Needless to say, I complained to the service manager and I am looking for a new service center to take care of my needs. Any suggestions? More

Very disappointed. The warranty process was long. My car was there 10 days for a fix delayed by warranty approval. The car was returned absolutely flithy. My steering w The warranty process was long. My running board is all scuffed up. The car is so covered with dust and bird poop - have to go to the car wash today. Mike, the service coordinator was great. He kept us informed and was professional and polite. More
