Every time I have service done, the service department team are really great. Everything is explained in detail. The last time I had an oil change, they saw irregular tire wear and found that my wheel ali team are really great. Everything is explained in detail. I have been using Elkins Chevy for over 10 years to service or company work trucks. They always do their best to get my trucks repaired ASAP so I can get the trucks back to the job sites so the company service or company work trucks. I recently had a work truck with transmission issues that are under warranty; GM can't get Transmission for up to 3-4 months, which is not good for a small business that needs its trucks on the road, at job sites. Elkins Chevy, specifically Josh Elkins stepped up and made repairs on my spare truck for FREE, allowing me to keep on schedule with work and keep my people working and my customers happy.
