I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and my service advisor Mike was helpful with greeting me and answering questions. Later he called and informed me that the front tires needed to be replaced service advisor Mike was helpful with greeting me and answering questions. Later he called and informed me that the front tires needed to be replaced and that there was a nail in one of the back tires. We agreed to still rotate the tires so that the back would move up front. My wife picked up the car and brought it home. Upon inspection, the tires were not rotated. I called but could not get a hold of him. Called again where another service advisor said he would take a message and have him call me back. He never called. Just frustrated that I paid for a service that was not performed. Two other times we took our car to the dealership for repair, the two things failed again after our warranty expired. Just disappointing. More
