I feel like they really care about my vehicle! Every Service Representative I have dealt with has made a point to take the time to understand my scheduling needs and picky maintenance requirements Every Service Representative I have dealt with has made a point to take the time to understand my scheduling needs and picky maintenance requirements for my truck. I have been pleased with the profession way I am treated and the way the service person goes to any length to make my experience truly satisfying. Running the vehicle through the wash rack so that I get back a clean truck, especially in the winter, is a little thing but it means a great deal to me for that extra touch of top notch service. Thanks a bunch! More

Service I feel very comfortable with the recommended service I need when I bring my car to Klaben .I was eighty thousand miles on my 2011 Sho never replaced I feel very comfortable with the recommended service I need when I bring my car to Klaben .I was eighty thousand miles on my 2011 Sho never replaced brakes due to the services i received. But I do have a problem with my 2016 Sho I will keep you posted on the fix, to be continued !! More

Dead battery Service department took some extra time with my vehicle and eventually fixed the problem. Battery had been for weak for some time and after jumping it Service department took some extra time with my vehicle and eventually fixed the problem. Unexpectantly, my engine light went on. Mike worked me in, had a loaner car ready and my car was repaired and returned the next day.
