Bad starter called Tom Alcorn, fixed A.S.A.P. Very cold morning couldn"t start my Snow Plow Truck,(12,5 yrs, old). Son in Law tapped on starter truck started, Tom Alcorn said don"t shut it off bri Very cold morning couldn"t start my Snow Plow Truck,(12,5 yrs, old). Son in Law tapped on starter truck started, Tom Alcorn said don"t shut it off bring it in. Truck in and out the next day, transportation provided. Service Advisor Kim Wolfram completed my paper work including rebates,incentives on line which is (extremely-helpful) upon exit. Work was done correctly. More

Just purchased new Ford Escape 2018 This is my second new Ford Escape I have bought at Klaben. They have been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Mike in the service department. He has always been very honest and trustworthy to deal with and one of the main reasons I bought my new car from Them. He has always made sure that my car was safe and fixed properly. I just purchased my new car from Chris Moldas who was wonderful to work with - he listened to my needs and was not pushy at all. Christine with financing was also very helpful and great to work with.
