Friendly, Professional Service Mike in the service department did a great job scheduling our Escape for a factory recall repair. In addition, he updated the computer at no charge. Great Customer Service Mike does a great job every time I come in. He knows my name and is prepared for the service my vehicle will need. If the job looks to take some tim Mike does a great job every time I come in. He knows my name and is prepared for the service my vehicle will need. If the job looks to take some time he always has a rental ready for me. Mike does a great job in keeping in contact with me if they find anything wrong or if further work may be needed. While checking out we discuss what we may need to do on the next scheduled service day. I would happily recommend Mike. More

20000 service I dropped my vehicle off the night before an 8:20 service for 20,000 miles. I had to call the dealership at 4:30 to see if it was done. Two vehicals for service made easy My wife and I brought both my F150 and her Focus to have oil changes and service to her broken antenna. Our service guy Mike which we have used for yrs got her antenna fixed but put the new on for her himself. Two oil changes and tire rotations a couple of cookies and coffee and we were good to go. After trying a few things we both agreed it was a phone issue vs a Sync issue. I appreciated the attempt to resolve even tough it turned out not to be a car problem. More
