Stay away from these crooks! ! General manager is rude, condescending & arrogant. They mark up the msrp on your loan papers & claim thats the way they let you know of the price al ! General manager is rude, condescending & arrogant. They mark up the msrp on your loan papers & claim thats the way they let you know of the price although its not what was agreed upon, then tell you that you should have read the numbers before signing. What a joke these people are. Everyone has to make money off a deal but these people are crooks there is a difference between a sale & a crook. Trust all the negative reviews, i wish i had. More

THIS IS EASILY THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I’VE PURCHASED 3 JEEPS IN THE PAST AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING REMOTELY CLOSE TO THIS HAPPENING. JOE M. THE SALESPERSON WAS EX HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I’VE PURCHASED 3 JEEPS IN THE PAST AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING REMOTELY CLOSE TO THIS HAPPENING. JOE M. THE SALESPERSON WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND BERY PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE. HE EVEN WENT SO FAR TO SAY THAT ME ATTEMPTING TO SPENT $65,000 IN HIS ESTABLISHMENT AS A “COMPLETE WASTE OF HIS xxxxING TIME.” BUT TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO COMPLAIN TO MIKE C. WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE CEO HE WAS VERY NONCHALANT AND ALMSOT SEEMED AS THOUGH HE AGREED THAT WE WERE WASTING THEIR TIME. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE LEFT AND ENDED UP GOING ELSEWHERE TO MAKE OUR PURCHASE.
