Smooth and professional experience I was very pleased with my overall purchasing experience from test drive through delivery. My salesman John Bowler was extremely professional and work I was very pleased with my overall purchasing experience from test drive through delivery. My salesman John Bowler was extremely professional and worked very hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted with a deal that worked for me. The atmosphere was much more relaxed than some of the larger dealerships on major highways. Also the manager Mike and finance professional Joe were a pleasure to work with. Thanks again DeCozen! More

The worst customer and sales rep I ever seen Joe one of the salesmen, said they would get our car registered in our state for us for free to find out later we were charged a thousand dollars, the Joe one of the salesmen, said they would get our car registered in our state for us for free to find out later we were charged a thousand dollars, then they held our tags hostage after the temp 20 period ran out until I get my insurance changed to my wife's name, then they charged us a 100 dollars to do a credit report , I could of got that for free,then the car we purchased was a 2016 Mazda CX-5 gt, was missing a back cargo cover and they gave us a hard time about taking the price for one off,Jill who works in the office calls us on the last day of the temp tags to tell me they will not send my tags or registration until I change the name on my insurance policy, and that my car can be impounded if I continue to drive on the temp tags,they are unflexable,and once you buy a car they are impersonal,one sales rep mike told me its my fault that I got insurance for the car in my name, if I did not want the hassle I should have put the car in my name, a lot of nerve telling me who's name the car should of been in,if this car was not for my wife I would of rammed this car through the front door and down there throats,I dealt with a lot of dealers and never liked any of them but deco zen is the worst,STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! You will walk out feeling assaulted and DIRTY! Joe m is a fast talking not very bright salesman all about the dollar bill doesn't even remember your name the next day,I forgot they also told me I could not get my tags until I had an interview with the bank that gave us a loan, an interview after the fact? Ridiculous !!! I should of took my 13 thousand dollar down payment somewhere else, I rather buy a old car with good service than a new car and feel like a victim again STAY AWAY this place will make you think bad thoughts More

Best Jeep buy EVER!! I looked on the Decozen website because I had bought my first Jeep from there over 16 years ago and it was time for a new one. I saw one listed that I I looked on the Decozen website because I had bought my first Jeep from there over 16 years ago and it was time for a new one. I saw one listed that I fell in LOVE with. I contacted the internet department and the replied and set up a test drive. Because of their amazing pictures and details - I didn’t need the test drive!! I did take it and was in LOVE!! Everyone at the dealership made me feel comfortable and welcome. And they were so happy for me as they saw how EXCITED I was to drive MY new Jeep off the lot! An often stressful and tedious process was made exciting and FUN by everyone I had the pleasure of meeting at Decozen!!! More

Bad Motor GI Industries Inc. just purchased a used 2006 Dodge Dakota. Decozen called and pursued us after we stated that we were not interested in this truck f GI Industries Inc. just purchased a used 2006 Dodge Dakota. Decozen called and pursued us after we stated that we were not interested in this truck for various issues. Decozen's management stated that the dealership would correct the engine lights and all the outstanding codes, including replacing the radiator, battery and thermostat for the set price we offered. We agreed as long as everything was corrected to Dodge's specifications on repairs and workmanship. Note: GI Industries agreed to replacing the brakes and correct the oil pan. Issues: 1) Repairs were not done and does not conform to standard mechanical procedures. Specifically, radiator was supposed to be replace. Unit had dents in it and fastened with cable ties. Transmission cooler was not even secured, just laying on the bottom of splash pan and no air circulation for cooling. 2) Not informed of engine issues. Copper sealant fluid was added to new radiator and thermostat. 3) Not informed of engine over-heating. Engine has redline on temp gauge. 4) 8 codes were not corrected or even address. Example- O2 sensor, low voltage shortage etc. 5) A new Battery was installed, but obvious wiring short at battery terminal. Fuse coming off battery terminal was burnt and melted. These items were never addressed, corrected to standard industrial procedures. I have called the company three times with no one returning my call to address the issues, including a complete write-up of service performed. More
