Well in May of 2014 my husband was in a car accident and the car was totaled. The car commerical you see about how the passengers lived..well this was our experience. Luckly my husband walked away with just a small injury. So in June we came back to Elk Grove Subaru and purchased another Legacy. We worked with Mike Carlson and he was so friendly and helpful. Mike Langandaon was very efficent in our financing and got us out quickly. We will be purchasing more Subaru's in our future and will be back to Elk Grove Subaru. More

When I got information about the Guaranteed Trade-in Program, it intrigued me. I went in for an oil change and thought I would try to find out more information about how this works. I happen to stumble in on the 2014 model year end sale and got an incredible screamin' deal. That along with the guidance of Gavin, made the decision easy. I really couldn't pass this opportunity up. Having a brand new car with more features than I had before for only a few dollars more a month, was a no brainer. While we all know the process of buying a new car isn't a short endeavor, I felt very good in their hands. It was a great experience and incredible price. This is where I will return when it is time to buy Subaru #3. Love my new 2014 Ice Silver Outback 2.5i Limited with Nav and Eye Sight; she is now affectionately called Silv-aru. More

A little concerned at first and in the end.. Everything turned out great. At first it was back and forth with Mike in emails and unfortunately, questions were not answered. I contacted Mike Carlson via the internet in regards to a new Forester, Mike was very prompt in replying to my email, and was not pushing the car on us. He answered all questions that I had and was very know new Forester, Mike was very prompt in replying to my email, and was not pushing the car on us. He answered all questions that I had and was very knowledgeable over email. We made an appointment and after driving a little over an hour to get to the dealership, showed up about 10 minutes early, as we parked we noticed the salesmen out front of the dealership, my wife and I got out of the car and were not bombarded with the typical car salesman speech, instead we were met with a handshake and a "how you doing" after I told him that I had an appointment with Mike he said no problem, walked us over to the Foresters so we could look alone and went and got Mike. Mike came out and met us on the lot with a smile and introduced himself and was very friendly and personable. In my opinion you only get one chance to make a first impression, and I tell you what, a great one was made when we met Mike. We told him exactly what we wanted and didn't want in our vehicle, he made every effort to find the car we wanted to see. Then it was time for the test drive, Mike drove it from the lot to the gas station to fill it up, and on the way he talked with us about the car, not to us, and put zero pressure on us to make a purchase. Mike answered any and all questions and was very knowledgeable, he not only gave us the "sales" pitch but talked to us on a more personal level, and gave equal time to not only me but my wife and showed her respect with any questions about the car. Which is huge in my book. After we decided to make the purchase we sat down in his office, he asked what we were comfortable paying we told him and were able to settle on a price and go further in the purchasing process. Next step, Finance my "favorite", he introduced us to Brandon Vaughn, Brandon came in and introduced himself, and once again a fantastic first impression was made, Brandon was very energetic and happy to work with us on financing the vehicle, we told him that the monthly payment that we settled on was what we wanted and we did not want any extras, just wanted to get finished. Brandon respected our wishes and gave us the option for extended warranties, Gap insurance etc. We wanted to purchase an extended warranty, so Brandon showed us the prices, and oh man were they way too far out of our budget, my wife and I talked it over and decided that we couldn't go for it. Brandon was able to work his "magic" and got us a fantastic deal on an extended warranty that didn't put us way out of our budget. All in all it was a great car buying experience, I have purchased new vehicles in the past and wasn't too thrilled to go through typical car salesman bs again, but as the day progressed I actually enjoyed dealing with these two, I would Highly recommend Elk Grove Subaru to anyone looking for a vehicle, especially the two that I dealt with. Overall experience 10/10 We got to the dealer at 1140 am, and started the paperwork around 1245 and were out of there with our new Forester at 230. GREAT EXPERIENCE More
