I Will Never Get have my Jeep Wrangler Repaired by this dealership again !!!!!! I was given and estimate of $700.00 and was charged $1100.00. They overcharged me $249.12 more for parts than I could have g dealership again !!!!!! I was given and estimate of $700.00 and was charged $1100.00. They overcharged me $249.12 more for parts than I could have gotten the same parts from there parts counter When I ask why I was miss quoted Mike said he gave me the price for a warranty repair. This wasn’t a Warrantable repair !!! And he knew that from the beginning. I was Service Manager for 30 years at 2 Class 8 Truck Dealerships and I would not allowed a service writer to overcharge anyone like this. My invoice # 261702 More

Took it in for one specific reason and they wanted to overhaul the whole truck,just do what I asked you to do. I know it was a big job and if you didn't want to do it just say so.
