We worked with Mike Castori who was terrific. Was kind of shocked at the remaining staff's lack of customer service. When we pulled up to the service area, we weren't approached for a good 5 minutes. I went up the guy at the podium who was very rude and told me to go inside, he couldn't help me. When I did, no one was at the desk- it was lunch time. I asked 2 other employees who shrugged their shoulders and walked away. Thankfully, Mike happened to walk by at that moment and helped us out. More

I brought my Challenger here for a warranty camshaft replacement, and the experience was a nightmare. • They lifted my car incorrectly, bending the frame underneath and damaging the rocker panel replacement, and the experience was a nightmare. • They lifted my car incorrectly, bending the frame underneath and damaging the rocker panel along with it • I was without a car for almost a month while they dragged their feet, claiming Stellantis hadn’t approved the work. During that time, I wasn’t given a loaner and was told I had to pay $50/day for rentals. • When the warranty was finally approved, I was told parts were “on back order” with no ETA… yet they showed up the very next day. • After all that waiting, the warranty only covered a 4-day rental, and the car was repaired the day after approval • My battery was drained from sitting and they even tried to sell me a new one. • To top it off, they ran my car through an automatic wash without permission, scratching and damaging the paint. What makes this worse is that I bought this vehicle as a Certified Pre-Owned from this same dealership. I expected professional care, but instead I was left with frame damage, extra costs, and weeks without my car. If you care about your car, avoid this dealership. More
