Contacted dealership via phone several times for vehicle listed on website that says “on lot” well it’s NOT! I inquired about vehicle anyways! Second call … No $495.00 Protection Package but now $495.00 for Rubber Floor Mats! Each one I declined on since NOT factory installed but dealership! I was negotiating as to NOT wanting either one both times but they were RUDE, INSISTING ONLY way they would sell me a car!!!
