Thank you for getting back to me. However I explained in full my issue in my first email to JB. I was not unhappy with my salesman Mike Collins. He was a pleasure to deal with. But as a client in good faith coming in opens up with full explanation of pretty much my current life situation with domestic stalking, and privacy invasion issues. Having any type of monitoring system at this time was explained by me in detail to finance reps. I felt confident going into to sign my paperwork that my best interest was being duly noted. This was my entire reason for trading in the vehicle I obtained in my divorce, because my ex had been tracking me thru the system. Did I want to have to trade in a 2014 vehicle that was paid off and that only had 53xxxx miles on it, just to have a new car pmt , higher insurance pmt (heck no)! I was living now on a single income of social security disability. And to take on a new car pmt was a huge decision for me. But I had no choice. Because even though the courts demanded every email,phn #,that he disconnect himself from everything,every device every vehicle, security system that was connected to me. But for Him to actually follow thru was not taking place. I had to pull my ring security system out from the wires, because Ring would not disconnect monitoring of my own home, because he is the one that set it up. And Ring had to have HIS approval. Because Under his name. I felt very venerable and unsafe. I still do. That is why I was adamant about this issue going in. After my own research and a lot of back and forth conversations with Amelea Sisson, and gentleman in finance. I was approved eventually for the cancellation of these added coverages that were slimly explained to me during signing. Because like I stated from first sit down. I DID NOT WANT TO BE MONITORED. I was told that ZAZ was protecting the electronics on the car. And it may. But I was not informed that Ally/ZAZ does monitor me. I was diagnosed with PTSD because of what my ex has been doing unnoticeably for 4 yrs. I understand that your business should make $ to stay in business. But had those additional coverages been explained fully what they do. I would have most definitely selected NO prior to signing. Removing all of this from even occurring in the first place. My concern currently with this, is after being approved for the cancellation of these additional options. I have still yet to see the amount of over $5k has credited to the principal of the generated loan. I contact Capital One weekly to see if this has been done. I contacted Amelea Sisson again, and was told it could take 6 months ? Why? It took 5 minutes to obtain financing on it with an 804 credit score. And it’s going to take 6 months to credit back. I should not have to pay interest on funds being financed, that should have been removed immediately following the approved decision to remove. I am not dissatisfied with JB per say. I am dissatisfied with how this is being handled. If the funds are not credited back to my principal to Capital One immediately , I will have no other option but to contact our Attorney General’s office. I am hoping to not have to do that. But I my next pmt is coming due and I will again be paying interest on the added funds that were to be credited towards my principal. I will give JB to 27th before contacting AG. Because this is when my car pmt is sent in to reach Cap 1 by 1st. I apologize for the long email. But I needed to strongly stress this issue and concern. The service manager nickel dimed me to death on my truck a 2018 Silverado that I owed $15,000 on. I traded it in on a 2022 SRT and I looked on their website a few days later and they had my truck listed for $27,000. Dealers are nothing but a bunch of scammers and Liars. I will never buy another vehicle from here Jim Butler Chevrolet and I will tell my friends and family not to buy a vehicle from Jim Butler Chevrolet.

On july 5th, I bought a 2018 ram 2500 with 15xxx miles.

The evening of purchasing the truck, the service ABS light, the service traction control light, and the service electric brake system lights all came on. I returned the next morning to adress the issue. I was promised to would be taken care of without any cont to me. The dealership gave me a loner truck. While driving home, the loner went into limp mode and would not go over 20 mph, causing me to almost get hit several times by highway traffic. I then returned that loner. And was given a second loner.
All and all, I was not happy with the intention experience. After over a week, my ram was finally repaired and returned to me. The only good experience of the entire situation was my salesman, Mike Collins, kept me updated on the repairs being done to the truck I had purchased. Mr. Collins also helped out woth getting me a second key made for the truck with no charge to me (since the truck was only sold with one key fob). I was also told by a "manager",Chris, that the dealership "would make my bad experience right" by offering me a few oil changes at no charge to me. I have since never been offered or contacted about the free oil changes. Since getting the Ram back, I have no complaints and but the initial experience was a complete nightmare.
