On March 4, 2022, we purchased a Silverado from your Jim Butler/Fenton, MO. While completing this transaction, we discussed the fact that I currently owned a white Equinox and mentioned the features that w Butler/Fenton, MO. While completing this transaction, we discussed the fact that I currently owned a white Equinox and mentioned the features that we particularly liked. On March 30, 2022, Mike Collins called to let us know a 2022 Equinox had arrived at your dealership. He remembered that I had mentioned wanting to trade my 2018 Equinox, but with the pandemic, I had not accrued many miles, so I had decided to wait. We were certainly impressed that Mike remembered our conversation and took the initiative to call us when a 2022 white Equinox came in that day. We went to your dealership, test drove the car, and the rest is history! Kudos to Mike for a job very well done! We have purchased our past five vehicles from Jim Butler/Fenton, and we could not be happier with the service we have received with each purchase. Additionally, Stacey handled our finance for us.
