Car buying relief!!! I was forced into buying a new car because mine was totaled. This was the 3rd time this has happened to me. Being forced to rush and find a car is not I was forced into buying a new car because mine was totaled. This was the 3rd time this has happened to me. Being forced to rush and find a car is not fun! It is a big purchase and rushing to make decisions is stressful for me. My Dad is a previous customer of Klaben so he suggested I meet with his salesman Mike Cooney. Mike introduced me to Louis Polos and together they worked to find me the 2019 Escape that fit my needs. They didn’t sell me on things I didn’t need, but helped me make an informed decision on what I wanted and needed. Everyone there was always smiling and said hello. No one ever rushed you at the door either. Even working with Jennifer Bowen in finance was easy and smooth. I love my Escape! Thank you Mike and Louis for all your hard work and endless parience! Our 3rd car, we decided to purchase a Ford Escape which we loved. Nick Brandt introduced us to Mike Cooney whom managed the Ford sales. Both men were helpful and honest. The vehicles on these lots are so clean and the prices are always the best. We traveled from Canton to Kent because we always felt the prices were better at this dealership. Lastly we hope this is out last purchase being at retirement age now. We purchased a Ford 150 f4 4×4 truck. A beauty and it handles well!
