I have never had a great experience buying a vehicle. I had an amazing experience at Toyota of Cleveland the staff went above and beyond my expectations. The finance team for getting me where I wanted to be with my payments. He is a refreshing alternative to the normal high pressure salesman. When it came to the financial side of our purchase, we were blessed further with Justice! He's a Georgia bulldog fan, but we didn't hold that against him - LOL! Justice walked us through the process more than once all while maintaining his composure listening to our 23 month old son listening to Super Simple Songs on repeat. More
