I had a wonderful experience shopping for my car at Norm Reeves Hyundai. Car hunting is always no fun but you need a car so you gotta do what you gotta do. Surprisingly Mike De Leon made it fairly easy and was very transparent and forthright in his dealings with us. Mike DeLeon removed the negative pushy car salesmen stereotypes. He was genuine, personable, considerate, respectful, and went beyond the ordinary. He exceeded all our expectations allowing us to be ourselves and feel completely safe having him as our salesperson; he entertained and thoroughly answered all our questions exuding his full confident and friendly self. His confidence and expertise is the reason we have the car in our possession! He has given us two post-sales phone calls, just to see if we had any questions or needed any assistance from him. He provided us additional technical assistance in operating the 2021 Palisade Limited. We believe the Mike De Leon should be the poster person for car salesmen! Everyone needs to be a student in the Mike De Leon School for Car Salesmen, he has what it takes to make the customer feel more than satisfied, we were blown-away by his care?
