Surprised I didn’t feel confident that I would walk out with a car. And my sales person promised me I would and I did. Before I had visited Planet Honda and the I didn’t feel confident that I would walk out with a car. And my sales person promised me I would and I did. Before I had visited Planet Honda and they gave me the run around for a week. But I’m happy at Nissan I was able to get into something affordable as my first time financing/leasing from a dealership. Also the manager was very informative about the price breakdown, insurance and longevity of the car life. More

Standard start amazing ending I arrived on time for 5:40 appointment the check in takes a long time that could be improved. Most of the workers were friendly and kind enough. When I returned at 7pm to pick up my vehicle I was advised I would have to get my car wash another time when I returned for my oil change. Someone named Mike assisted by allowing me to wait in the show room while they completed the service. It was a small thing but I really appreciated his friendliness and willingness to accommodate me to ensure I received my full service. More

Truly Exceptional The day I purchased my Nissan from the Route 22 location I had already wasted most of my day at 3 other (local) dealerships; I had all but given up be The day I purchased my Nissan from the Route 22 location I had already wasted most of my day at 3 other (local) dealerships; I had all but given up before I decided to give this place a try; I am SO glad I did. From the moment you check in at reception you're greeted by friendly, smiling faces and the sales staff was equally as friendly; I worked with Ralph Noel and he was AMAZING! From the start he was courteous and helpful; he answered all of my millions of questions and was nothing but straightforward; he listened to everything I wanted and not once tried to sell me anything I didn't want (including upgrades to my vehicle), he stayed well within my budget and I actually walked away from the dealership with more than I had expected to with my modest budget. **Taking off the rose-colored glasses for a moment: It's still a dealership and these things take time, I was there for a couple of hours test driving, working through the financing and insurance portions and discussing my options. This part of the experience just can't be helped and typically sucks. However, the people working at this dealership make all the difference; they made what should have been an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience pleasant through their positive attitudes and little kindnesses; like getting you coffee when you say you're tired or taking you around the lot to different vending machines because you need a break to think about your options. It really is the little things that can make or break an experience and the staff at Route 22 Nissan made a lifelong customer out of me. More

Incompetence Took my car to have my brakes changed in January. My car squeaked after they put in new brakes. When I brought my car to them they said they didn't Took my car to have my brakes changed in January. My car squeaked after they put in new brakes. When I brought my car to them they said they didn't hear it. Next time I took my car to them because the car was vibrating and squeaking, first they said I needed new tires. Funny thing is when they replaced my brakes I purchased four new tires from the dealership, upon hearing that they called me back a few hours later and said it was because my rims were bent. I had the rims fixed, it was still squeaking. Took my car to them for squeaking again this week when I picked up my car, they told me that they filed down the rotors. I drove two minutes down the street making a turn my wheel and car began to vibrate violently when I pressed the brakes. Took my car back around the corner to the dealership, and complained to Mike the manager. He said my car would be fixed. A few hours later I went to get my car again (I even asked if they test drove the car and they said yes). I went to get my car and test drove it in their lot. Again, still squeaking went back in and Nick the service manager came out at my request to listen to my car. Literally, he sat in my car I backed up less than two feet and he heard the loud squeaking while sitting in my car. He got out the car asked me to back up he listened and said it may be the pins. He goes "when can you bring it back?" I looked at him and said "I'm not even taking it you're dealership is the only one that works on my car, fix my car I'm leaving it!" Finally, I left my car overnight and when I picked up my car the next afternoon, my car finally seems like it's ok. They did not charge me for this visit, but I gave them a poor rating because the work that I initially paid for was not done well and I had to keep coming back. So while I have had good results with this dealership in the past I can't help but to give this visit and the visit and the work they did on my brakes a poor rating. However, I will give a shout out to Brianna who answers the phone with professionalism and seems like she is smiling when answering the phone. I have dealt with her several times and she is always friendly and helpful! Thanks Brianna More

Exceptional Service I leased my Nissan new in August of 2018 and had an isssue with the car in March of 2019. I moved away from the location where I leased the car and to I leased my Nissan new in August of 2018 and had an isssue with the car in March of 2019. I moved away from the location where I leased the car and took it to Route 22 Nissan which was closest to my new location. I had called a few other dealerships who said they wouldn't give me a loaner car despite my car only having 6k miles on it because I hadn't purchased the car from them; not to mention they said they wouldn't be able to look at my car over the weekend. This was a huge inconvenience because i had family in town for the weekend and I didn't expect a brand new car to break down so soon. When I called Route 22 Nissan, not only did they give me a loaner car free of charge to use during the time they had my car (5 days), they got me an appointment to bring my car in within an hour of me calling. The staff and managers were courteous and professional and kept me in the loop as to what was happenening with my car. My car was returned in perfect condition. I'd definitely would use this location again. Great service. Dana was particularly helpful. The manager Mike also had outstanding customer service. While customers were waiting, he took the time to make sure all customers were being helped and inquired if they needed anything. Very impressed with my service. More
