I called my go-to guy, Mario Cabrera in the Kelly Nissan sales department , and he told me about a clean, older Nissan Maxima with low miles & all kinds of great features & equipment, and fortunately they had just taken it in trade. We went to see the car-it hadn't been through the shop yet, but we knew it was a gem. The pre-owned manager, Mike Disora had his technicians, Al Rausch & Joe, who are awesome unsung heroes, go over the car & fully service it, and Chris & his clean-team beautifully detail it, and shortly it was ready. Mike Salavati, the finance officer & magician figured all the finances out, including working with an insurance settlement & the team at Kelly Nissan all worked together to make a seemingly complicated transaction go as smooth as silk.
