New Dealership location is awful . Very had to get from the south . My salesman is the only reason I bought my fourth Lexus there. The financial closing was good and informative but I did not add anything the south . My salesman is the only reason I bought my fourth Lexus there. I will check out the Service Dept in a few months but believe service will be excellent as I have come to expect The technician who was suppose to explain the computer aspects was busy with another customer and could get to me . So my salesman explained a few fundamentals an I Left with a request to arrange a follow up appointment . In summary : The facilities are first class but hard to get to . I would say you wasted your money moving. The sales people are excellent Disappointed in the drive out process to get familiar with my be GX Thanks More

This dealer is full of highly excellent people trying to meet your needs and desires. My sales rep Mike Driscoll is uneqalled as is my Service Coordinator, Anikiem Edem. The young lady handling the closing this time was also excellent telling me that Northside Lexus really works hard at developing their people. I can not say the same for Lexus Financial Services. They are a debit to this fine organization. Lexus Financial Services insults their customers by demanding cashiers checks and questioning whether I might be "bankrupt" I take that as an insult! I also find "Roadside Assistance" to be not good after their very poor level of service associated with an accident this summer in Colorado. More
