Usually I’m in and out under an hour when I make my appointment a head of time but this appointment I waited 2 1/2 hours not acceptable I drive 45 minutes to come there and having to wait so long after appointment a head of time but this appointment I waited 2 1/2 hours not acceptable I drive 45 minutes to come there and having to wait so long after having a scheduled appointment was disappointing. Everyone is always pleasant but my time is valuable hopefully next time will be back to normal. More

The appointment scheduler is a bit loco. She recorded the wrong time in the daily work sheet inferring that my appointment was an hour earlier than scheduled with me.….so I was considered a She recorded the wrong time in the daily work sheet inferring that my appointment was an hour earlier than scheduled with me.….so I was considered a late arrival and had to “wait my turn”. My roommate had a similar experience two months earlier. If I didn’t have free oil changes, I probably would find another service dep’t. Mike Entrekin was a gem. He familiarized me with some technology available in my car that I was unaware of. More
