Great Dealership Purchased my wife's past 3 cars (2 pre-certified and the most recent brand new) from this dealership so when it was time for me to get another car I w Purchased my wife's past 3 cars (2 pre-certified and the most recent brand new) from this dealership so when it was time for me to get another car I went to Metro Toyota to look around. Mike "English" was great. Before taking ownership we had a few requests to get taken care of which Mike promptly did. At the time of pick up we noticed rear tail light lens contained a film on the inside (we did not notice during the initial test drive). Mike scheduled an appointment and within a few days and it was promptly taken care of by Scott in service. Both tail lights were replaced, although the right tail light had a scratch, Scott said he would call me back when a replacement is available. More

Best car buying experience I have ever had . I felt completely comfortable during the whole process from filling out the application online to making the down payment with the cashier. Prior to I felt completely comfortable during the whole process from filling out the application online to making the down payment with the cashier. Prior to coming in I worked with Darlene Lambert on completing the online application and the assement of my trade in. She was very pleasent and nice to work with. My salesman, Mike Ferrett, was beyond helpful . He walked me through the features of the vehicle and went as far as to install my new floor mats ( purchased at the dealership) and helping me remove my items from my old car to my new car. Not to mention that he came in on his day off because that day was convenient for me. I was able to complete the purchase mainly online and via email. When I went to purchase my vehicle I was in and out in about an hour. The financing was quick and easy. The finance manager , Bob Albright, really made me feel at ease with the transaction. Highly recommend and if I could I would give it 10 stars. More

First Time Car Buying Experience Gone Great I was very nervous to go buy a new car because I didn’t want to be persuaded into something I didn’t want or couldn’t afford, but Mike at Metro was am I was very nervous to go buy a new car because I didn’t want to be persuaded into something I didn’t want or couldn’t afford, but Mike at Metro was amazing! He wasn’t pushy at all and gave my fiancé and I all the time we needed to make a decision. He gave us information when we asked for it or needed it and constantly kept giving us space and time on our own to decide on what we want. When I was stuck between a certified and a non-certified preowned car, he gave it to me straight. He told me it depended on what I wanted. If I cared more for security and stability than I would go with the certified and if I cared more for the lower price and the looks then I’d go for the non-certified. He didn’t push me to one in particular. That was a relief and he really helped put me at ease and made the car buying experience enjoyable. I HIGHLY recommend! More

Going the Extra mile! Chad and Mike. They are the reason I’m driving a Tacoma TRD Sport today. I stopped by a month ago and expressed my needs and financial situation with Chad and Mike. They are the reason I’m driving a Tacoma TRD Sport today. I stopped by a month ago and expressed my needs and financial situation with them. They took the time to listen and to understand what I was looking to do. No pressure. No Sales gimmicks. No “yelling” like most other dealerships do. Relaxed atmosphere and when I was ready, they took care of me. No one likes the feeling of getting taken advantage of and I am writing this to say I wasn’t. Well done guys...well done. More

Dishonest and Misleading If you’re not a fan of truth in advertising, or you enjoy being mislead and mistreated, then this is the dealership for you! As an out of state buyer, If you’re not a fan of truth in advertising, or you enjoy being mislead and mistreated, then this is the dealership for you! As an out of state buyer, my elderly mother in law specifically shopped for vehicles marketed as a non-smoker due to her health condition. While helping her through the process, we trusted the sales team that assured us it wasn’t smoked in (and their online listing that stated it). And they must have done a great job covering it up with air freshener because even after a local friend looked the car over for me, and I got a one-way rental to go pick the car up, neither one of us noticed the smell right away. Until 100 miles down the road, and especially after it sat overnight. Overpowering. I found cigarette ash in all the hard to clean nooks and crannies. When I asked Dan Schneider that day why they marketed it as a non-smoker their answer was “how will you prove that somebody didn’t smoke in it AFTER it was on the lot and after we wrote the description?” How untrustworthy of a response is that?! The reality is that amount of smoke residue and ash doesn’t happen after once or twice of someone secretly smoking in a car parked on a car lot. My only remedy was to get the car professionally detailed on my own time. (And the detailer can swear to the mass amount of ash he collected by taking sections of the interior apart to clean them, including a sales receipt for - you guessed it - a carton of cigarettes). And after all that, Dan Schneider said that if I felt that the car was still smelly from smoke and not safe for my mother in law, I was free to return the car, but only on my own dime and my own time, and I was told I would NOT be reimbursed for any reconditioning costs since the dealership "could do the same work for a fraction of the cost" (which I don't doubt, but why they didn't already have it done in the first place is anybody's guess). The only way they would contribute toward the reconditioning is if I kept the vehicle. Talk about strong-arming! So we kept the car, and they sent me a check to reimburse the cost of reconditioning. No consideration for my time and aggravation. And no acknowledgment that what they did was wrong, just a pile of excuses. Bottom line: Caveat Emptor. More
