Mike Fresquez gets five stars. I have purchased four new vehicles from him since 2015 and every time he has come through to get me the deal I wanted. They have consistently given me my asking price (or very vehicles from him since 2015 and every time he has come through to get me the deal I wanted. They have consistently given me my asking price (or very close to it) on my trade in value. General Manager Daryl Nesmith has also done a great job getting Mike F’s proposals from me approved. The only reason the sales dept does not get a 5 star rating is because they still employ an old “extra profit” hidden charge.....the $700 document fee. However, I have always let them know that it was a deal breaker, and have been able to negotiate it down to either a fraction of the charge or even had them eliminate it entirely...that is by getting a further discount while still showing the fee in the paperwork. This old profit ploy should be eliminated by JE Mazda and their credibility would be even further enhanced. More
