Add in a deal with the best price up front (I had done my research and his opening offer was every bit as good as deals I've had to work usually end up below holdback). Impressed with Steve Usually the visit to the finance office is not one of my favorite parts of the dealership experience. With Steve there was none of the high pressure Usually the visit to the finance office is not one of my favorite parts of the dealership experience. With Steve there was none of the high pressure to buy extras. He explained the offerings and let me decide which ones I wanted. He explained the legal stuff in a way most people would understand. He found an interest rate for me that beat my Credit Union. He got me in and out quickly. The best part? I wanted to transfer my Florida tag from my trade in to the new vehicle. He did all that right from his desk so that I do not even have to visit the DMV in Florida. Very pleased with the experience with Steve, Mike Furman, and Dina Bartolomeo. More

So of course when I decided to buy another Corvette I dialed up Mike. I visited their Sister store in Thurmont MD. to get an idea on price. I was always looking for a 1LZ with a PDR as I have always been about performance not Luxury. I got 2 prices from Thurmont $68000 and $69500. the only difference in the 2 was the PDR, I called Mike and he said that had the same car as the $69500 car at Thurmont but his was better appointed., Well if your charging the customer $4000 extra dollars for basically the same car it better be worth it. I asked if his car (The Sebring Orange car) which was my color choice and had the same amenities was in stock..So taking him at his word I buy the car, it turns out it DOES NOT have a PDR in it and I feel Bamboozled!! But Jason Witte saved the day and was able to make me a fair deal that we both could live with! Awesome job by Jason complete failure on the part of Furman. More

Of course, Mike is known as a rockstar in the world of Corvettes, but let me assure you, Mike is an amazing salesman, and an even better human being. Last June, I factory ordered a 2019 Corvette Grand Sport from Mike. It was my first Corvette purchase, but certainly will not be my last. That process was the smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever had. To that end, when I was considering leasing a new F-150 last month, I reached out to Mike, and found out that Criswell doesn’t sell new Fords. My previous experience with Mike was so positive, I switched my focus back to Criswell brands. After driving past 4-5 Chevy dealerships to take my Grand Sport in for an oil change, I stopped by Mike’s desk just to say hey. I started talking about pickup trucks, and he encouraged me to see if there was anything I liked on the lot. I saw exactly what I wanted in a 2019 Silverado TrailBoss! Fast forward a few weeks to yesterday, and yet again, another great car buying experience with Mike. This guy really knows his craft. I drive past lots of dealerships to take my business to Mike, and plan to continue to do so for the indefinite future. Kudos Mike! More

We had done a lot of research on dealerships and Corvette specialist. All that research kept coming back to Mike Furman. I had never met Mike but after 5 minutes on the phone, I felt like I had known him my entire life. After 20 minutes on the phone the new car was ordered and a trade in value was given for my C6. Amazing! This is how ordering a new car should be. Mike kept us up to date on the progression of our build and answered quickly our emails and phone calls. The new Grand Sport was ordered and on the dealership’s lot in 4weeks. Amazing!! Mike is a true professional with over 40 plus years of selling Corvette and other brands of cars. We drove 5 1/2 hours to Criswell to pick up our new Grand Sport and would do it again knowing that Mike would be taking care of us.
