Took very little time and we were able to do most of the work over the phone and via the internet. Sales experience was smooth and hassle free. The sale and delivery experience took one visit and lasted approximately one hour. Staff were fully prepared, transaction was smooth as glass. Highly skilled staff, pleasant people to do business with., clear, concise, transparent and no surprised. Totally focused on meeting our needs. A Service Writer That Cares Past experiences have been less than satisfactory for me, but since dealing with Michelle Spencer (Svc Writer) the past two times has been "great". He was straight up about pricing and really made me feel like he was on our side. He was very knowledgeable about an SUV that Jeep doesn't normally sell which impressed me very much. Anything he was unsure of he looked up happily for me and figured out with me. He really took the time and energy not only to make the deal but to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle. Also he came in on his day off to make sure all of our documents and car was in good shape. I would recommend working with him 100%! Jim the business manager was excellent also. He treated my credit with respect and found a pretty good deal for me. I highly recommend this dealership and commend them on there professionalism and establishment. Also some perks was the VIP program and dealing with people who actually get back to you after the deal is done! Well appreciated! More

Car Buying Made Easy By Mr Goldberg I landed on Westbury Jeep based on a recommendation. Prior to my visit I stopped by two other local dealerships and I was not satisfied with either th I landed on Westbury Jeep based on a recommendation. Prior to my visit I stopped by two other local dealerships and I was not satisfied with either their approach or initial offers. When I arrived at Westbury Jeep I was impressed at the size of their facility and the inventory on hand. The front desk staff were both courteous and polite. I arranged to meet with Michael Goldberg who I spoke to before hand and provided him with a summary of the model and options I was interested in. I found Mr Goldberg to be business professional, knowledgeable and had all the answers to my previous questions. I appreciated Mr Goldberg's up front approach, he was very straightforward while discussing all matters. Mr Goldberg professionally negotiated my trade in price and new car sale's price in a fair and unambiguous manner. We arranged a delivery date and Mr Goldberg spent about an hour finalizing the paperwork and providing an in-dept tutorial of my new vehicle. Overall I am very satisfied with Westbury Jeep; I will recommend them to family/friends and I look forward to future transactions with Mr Goldberg. MB More

Well, I'm a "car guy" and have many questions - no problem at Westbury. The 2014 GRAND CHEROKEE SRT that we bought involved the trading in of our used JEEP SRT8 for which we received fair value and the same can her said of the price of the new JEEP. To satisfy my curiosity about the various drive modes available, Westbury had no problem in providing more than just one test drive as well. Technical questions answered, coffee etc. provided and an overall positive experience is consistently found at Westbury. I have had experience with their service department as well and can recommend them as well. As an owner of various Chrysler products I can report that this satisfaction is not always the case with some other dealers! If you are interested in one of their cars, do yourself a favor and shake hands with Joe! More
