Got my 2024 GLC 300 from Mercedes Benz of Salem three weeks ago and I cannot praise the experience enough. From start to finish, the entire process was exemplary and exceeded all my expectations. After wondering around the lot for a bit, I was warmly greeted by Cyndi. She made me feel welcome and comfortable, which set a positive tone for the rest of my visit. Unlike other dealerships where you might feel pressured, the team at MB/Salem adopted a relaxed and low-pressure approach, allowing me to explore my options at my own pace. Cyndi was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences. Along with Mike, they provided detailed information about the GLC and answered all my questions thoroughly. We searched for an available vehicle equipped with my desired options, however one was not available. We decided I should custom order the car direct from the factory and I’m so glad I did – I got exactly the vehicle I wanted. Fortunately, the car arrived sooner than expected (!) and the quality of service extended beyond just the sales floor. Ron in financing was exceptional – he provided competitive financing options, making the purchasing process smooth and stress-free. The entire staff was transparent about all the details, ensuring there were no surprises along the way. Finally, I drove away in my new Mercedes-Benz feeling incredibly satisfied with my purchase. The car itself is a dream, and I owe much of that joy to the exceptional team at Mercedes Benz of Salem.
