Having had continual problems with my CLS230 all year this 2020, my husband and i had it towed into Salem Mercedes yet again. We had two choices, Sink more money into something that had cost us a fortune this 2020, my husband and i had it towed into Salem Mercedes yet again. We had two choices, Sink more money into something that had cost us a fortune already, or see if we could get a newer model. E knew it was time for change. Once there we spoke with Don Post who has been great working with us all year, trying to keep costs down, getting us in as quickly as possible. E then went to the floor and spoke with Abel who took me around the lot after listening to what i was interested in. Including color! We glanced at about three and then he showed me the “truck”. Of course i fell in love with it! One owner, low mileage, pristine condition! Abel chatted with me, great people skills! Then i spoke with my husband and took him o Vet to see what i liked. Next step, did we qualify to jump through all the hoops!!! This is where Mike came in! I also never hesitate to ask if there are discounts for Veterans! Mike went into his office to check out all the necessary paperwork and returned with great news. Mike has a sincere heart toward Veterans and was helpful working through all the aspects to help us in our need. And then Chris to finalize all the paperwork. None of them were impolite or rushed just to push a car off onto us like we’ve experienced by past dealerships. They were polite, respectful and courteous, and genuinely friendly, not faked. If you are in need of a car, check Mercedes out in Salem! If you are a Veteran,, it’s certainly worth every effort for you to go and speak with Angel and Mike. You may return home with a nice comfortable vehicle beyond your dreams! One thats reliable, dependable and affordable! Mike, we can’t thank you enough for all you and your staff did for us! This week we first met with Cyndi to drive an Acura. She was very accommodating and answered all of our questions. After we said we would like to look at other vehicles, she introduced us to Abel, who showe was very accommodating and answered all of our questions.
