He gave us regular updates while our new car was enroute to the dealership, and sure enough, the car arrived on schedule (a pleasant surprise). When we made the appointment to pick up the car, Mike explained the process thoroughly so we'd know what to expect. And when we did get the car, Mike patiently went through all the features, answered all our questions, and made sure we were comfortable before driving off.
