When I went into Subaru to discuss new vehicle options, my wants were pretty specific (manual transmission Crosstrek). Mike took me through the process for submitting an online spec sheet and showed me around one of the automatics of the same trim level currently on the lot. This was back in May. When I put in the purchase request, Subaru was originally expecting the vehicle to be delivered sometime in late September. Through the whole process, Mike kept in touch to communicate changes in the expected arrival date and was always prompt in answering any questions I had. Once the car arrived at the end of July, Mike made sure to get me back into the dealership before the end of the month to ensure I could lock in the best interest rate available in case those changed in August. Overall, I feel he went above and beyond what I would have expected and he helped make the whole carbuying process simple and straightforward and took all of my guessing away. Mike Henry is a treasure to have as a sales rep. For me, getting a new car is a major event. Mike was so patient and supportive as Subaru continued with its “just a few more days” excuses. Had it not been for Mike Henry’s kindness, I would have jumped ship on leasing a Subaru.
