Outstanding and Perfect Mike Henry was the reason that I leased my Outback in less than 24 hours! Everything Mike promised he delivered along with a nice surprise of a little discount that I wasn't expecting. I love that! My husband said that after about 5 minutes looking at the car and being in the vehicle that I stepped out and said "This is the car I want!". I would say that is pretty amazing! The other people on staff were kind and fun. I loved the fact that there are courtesy cars available when you take your car in for service and that there is a great sitting area, with March Madness playing, and great coffee and treats. Tucson Subaru just has it all and the best salesman in the business, Mike Henry! I love my car and it is sitting quietly in my garage as I am writing this grateful note! Tim Hanson was also very quick, efficient and answered all of our questions for our loan! What a cheery attitude too! I am blessed. More

Subaru #4 This '08 Outback is my fourth Subaru. In '06, the first was a new Forester, in '10, an '07 Outback, in '16, a '13 Outback and now this one. I really This '08 Outback is my fourth Subaru. In '06, the first was a new Forester, in '10, an '07 Outback, in '16, a '13 Outback and now this one. I really prefer the older, smaller Outbacks. They ride and handle to my liking and they have better visibility and appear to be much more solid than the newer, larger models. They also have better standard equipment for my needs. I particularly find the countdown timer very useful in determining how long it takes to get from place to place. Three Outbacks were purchased from salesman, Chris Smith. He was assisted by Mike Henry on this latest regression to an '08 Outback. Chris is very solid in his knowledge of Subaru's and is an able, helpful and professional sales person. This is why I've continued to have him handle my last three automobile purchases. Mike filled in nicely while Chris was off on the first day when I tested the latest car. He set me up with test drives, worked out the pricing and got started on the usual mountain of paperwork for the one that I purchased. Spence helped me to explore the used inventory when I was purchasing the '13 Outback. He is very personable and makes an effort to pleasantly say hello share some of his vast automotive experience. In the past, I've worked a lot with Dan Ford and he is always knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. I usually seek him out whenever my vehicles are in for service. It's been fun to complete the financial matters with Tim and he has been especially helpful in getting me repair warranties on the last two vehicles. He exudes an exceptional sense of humor along with the ability to quickly and efficiently get us through all the necessary financial documents. One time when Tim wasn't available, Traci, in her pleasant and efficient manner, made some phone calls to obtain information for the first extended warranty on the '13 Outback. I remember Curt as a service writer when the dealership was still on Speedway. He always seemed to know the right answers to most of my service questions. Tucson Subaru is a beautiful facility and it is only appropriate that the staff and management be highly competent as well. More

Excellent First Car-Buying Experience I have been working with the team at Tucson Subaru, specifically Mike Henry, for the past several months, searching for the right car at the right pri I have been working with the team at Tucson Subaru, specifically Mike Henry, for the past several months, searching for the right car at the right price for me. This is my first solo car-buying experience, and I couldn't have picked a better dealership to walk into. From the moment I walked in, I was completely supported in my search. Mike carefully listened to my desires, answered all my questions (sometimes more than once), and continued to walk with me through the process without pushing, manipulating, or pressuring me into anything. Mike remained incredibly patient with me as a customer who did not live in the Tucson area and he always answered e-mail communication within less than 24 hours. I left the dealership with my new-to-me Subaru Outback feeling a true sense of ownership and excitement...the way it should be. Thank you, Tucson Subaru!! More

Killer deal, great service! My fiancée and I had been dealing with too many issues with our primary vehicle, and we were looking at several dealerships and vehicles around town. My fiancée and I had been dealing with too many issues with our primary vehicle, and we were looking at several dealerships and vehicles around town. We noticed a couple of online deals at Tucson Subaru that really stood out and decided to check it out in person. Upon arriving, we strolled the lot for a few minutes and were warmly greeted by Mike Henry who gently helped us narrow our search and focus on 2 vehicles, we test drove a Toyota Venza and looked at another vehicle. After heading home and doing some more research on the Toyota Venza, we decided to go for it. Mike, and his teammate Steve Norris were fantastically helpful, easygoing and focused on our happiness. We left with the Venza a couple days later and are very glad we did! More
