Alexis Brown directed me to the most helpful and friendliest salesperson I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He was not pushy and took his time to work with me despite my shortcomings. The service during the sale process was amazing as well. Adriana Burton came in to explain the On-Star service and took us out to show us how to use every feature that came with our vehicle. She took her time and answered our questions with the most serious regard to our experience. I was honestly nervous about meeting Mike Hesson from the Finance department. I was worried for nothing because Mike was not pushy at all. He did not try to coerce me into buying any extended warranties and I respect a dealership that takes their customer's wishes and answers seriously. I was literally in and out in 10 minutes.
