My name is Mike Hirlinger, co-owner of Hirlinger Chevrolet. I am 3rd generation at Hirlinger Chevrolet and have been employed full-time at our dealership since December of 1987 after graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a degree of Bachelor or Arts. I believe in putting our customers first, before everything else. My business is not selling cars, but finding solutions to the everyday problems that keep most people stuck in a car they hate. This dealership is down to earth not a bunch of gimmicks like a northern Kentucky dealership. I am very happy with this purchase and don't have any buyers remorse like I have had at other car dealers in the like a northern Kentucky dealership. This is the second time I bought a new auto from Hirlinger Chevrolet. The awesome friendly service and attention I received this time was exactly the same as when I first bought a new Chevy with Hirlinger Chevrolet. Mike and Steve were fantastic to work with. No high pressure sales. Friendly and knowledgable as well. After talking with 6 different Chevy dealerships and doing price comparisons at each they were pressure sales. Friendly and knowledgable as well.
