Now, Jason Louge seemed to go out of his way to give me the service i expect and has said he will work with me on the things that I had issues with in the past! THE LADY THAT SCHEDULES SERVICE NEEDS TO TELL PEOPLE THAT ARE LEAVING THEIR CAR FOR DROP OFF WHAT TIME THE GATE CLOSES. I MADE A TRIP FOR NOTHING ONE NIGHT, IT WAS CLOSED, HAD TO RESCHEDULE! PLUS SOMEONE HAS TO PICK ME UP AS WELL, SO IT'S TWO PEOPLE DRIVING DOWN! More

Ferman is horrible. This dealership is horrible. My experience has been nothing but frustrating and fruitless when it comes to dealing with them. I purchased a Jeep Comp This dealership is horrible. My experience has been nothing but frustrating and fruitless when it comes to dealing with them. I purchased a Jeep Compass that frequently doesn't start and randomly drains my battery, leaving me stranded at times. I have had the vehicle towed into Ferman multiple times with no answers. I escalated my frustrations to corporate and received a case manager. Case manager spoke with the service director Mike Hughs and he stated that the car is in perfect working order and nothing is wrong with it. Completely ridiculous and a service manager, of all people, should know better. I am to the point that I'd rather trade this car in than really figure out what is wrong with it. Horrible dealership and horrible service department. I have told everyone I know to stay away from Ferman More

They d Scheduling an appt. is fairly easy. They follow up to confirm your appt. several ways - email & phone. Everyone is very pleasant and courteous. They detail your service and approx. costs depending on the service requested. Your vehicle is returned when completed usually in the estimated time frame and is as clean as you brought it in. They inform you if there was any issues or additional maintenance items that you should take under consideration for your next service. Overall a good customer experience. More

WORST SERVICE TEAM EVER!!! Let me start by saying, I purchased a vehicle from this dealer, and they offered me a complimentary first oil change. I took my other vehicle in for Let me start by saying, I purchased a vehicle from this dealer, and they offered me a complimentary first oil change. I took my other vehicle in for servicing first, and my experience was so atrocious, I won't even bother bringing my other vehicle back for FREE!! I would rather pay than deal with these clowns ever again. I scheduled my appointment online for 10:30am. When I arrived, I walked into the service lobby as no one was there to greet me in the service drop off area. When I found an available service agent (Jamie Kissinger), I walked up to his desk...he looked right at me...said nothing, and gave me an irritated look as if my presence is inconveniencing him. After he fiddled with the computer and moved around some papers for a minute of 2 he finally asked me if need help with something (as if I just decided to stand there and stare at him for no reason whatsoever). Once he found my appointment and who I was scheduled to talk to, he sends me over to another agent (Michael Kilakis), who then asks what I'm there for. I was under the impression that if I take the time to book an online appointment that asks me to select the specific services I needed done, that it would show up in their system when I arrive, but apparently, that's either not the case, or they just don't care to look, so I go back through everything I need to get looked at and serviced verbally (oil change, tire rotation, alignment check). When he was through with writing everything down, he gave me a total for the work including the cost of an alignment, to which I replied, "No, I don't want an alignment, I just need it checked so I know if I may need an alignment. He then said ok, took my number, and said he'd call me as soon as it's done. I asked what time it might be finished, and he replied, "Before the end of the day...definitely by 5". I also asked for shuttle service when I booked the online appointment, which was never offered, but I ended up having a ride available, so I didn't ask again. 5o'clock came, and I still had yet to hear anything about my car. By 5:45, I decided I better call, not sure what time the service department was closing since I've still received no call. Between 5:45 and 5:55, I called 6 times trying to reach anyone in the service department, from the manager, to the cash desk, and not one person picked up the phone every time I was transferred. I even left a message on the service manager's voicemail to call me back asap as I need to come pick up my car before close, and never heard back that night, or the next day, or ever for that matter! I finally called the sales department and asked the receptionist to physically go get someone in service that I could talk to (at 5:55 mind you), and she came back saying it looks like they've all already left for the night. Needless to say, I was furious. I didn't get a call until 7:40 the next morning telling me my car was ready for pickup, so when I went in, I asked why I wasn't called the night before, and I was given a very fumbling response about how one of the lug nuts was hard to get off, and that it took a while to tap it out, so it got done later than expected and that he had already gone home for the night, so someone else was supposed to call me, which obviously never happened. Then I asked if they determined if it needed an alignment, to which he said, yes, and they did the alignment....to which I replied, I'm not paying for an alignment since I never said to go ahead and do it, I just asked that it be checked. So he ended up taking it off the bill without argument, realizing that I did only ask for an alignment check, but still charged me for everything else including a fee for the time it took them to do the alignment check. So apparently, they can get away charging for every minute of their time, but I am expected to go without a car for a day and a half because they couldn't complete an oil change, tire rotation and alignment check in 8 hours time, and have the decency to call me and apologize for taking all day long to do a simple service that should have been no more than an hour or 2?!!! As I said, I never even received a call back from the service manager (Mike Hughes) whom I left a message for the night before, to apologize in anyway. Why? Because they don't give a ....! More

WORST DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE AND REPAIRS! Took the car in for a transmission problem. The said it needs solenoids. Paid a very high cost and after the were replaced had a stalling problem wi Took the car in for a transmission problem. The said it needs solenoids. Paid a very high cost and after the were replaced had a stalling problem with the car. Had it back in there 6 times each time they did something different and said it was fixed which each time it was not. So after spending a boatload of money time out of work the stalling still was not fixed. Took it to another mechanic that found the solenoids were not put in properly and was the cause of the problem. So now I have to pay more money to have the trans ripped apart after their poor job that the had no clue about. This is not the first time this dealership could not figure a problem out when I brought it in. The service guy Steve there is soooo rude and Mike Hughes the manager never returns phone calls. Horrible experience not to mention expensive! More
