1500 Chevrolet LTZ pickup this is our second purchase from emich chevrolet. We were satisfied the first time. Dave found your advertisement on the internet and inquired about this is our second purchase from emich chevrolet. We were satisfied the first time. Dave found your advertisement on the internet and inquired about this pick up by e mail. Bart responded within a few hours. He was knowledgeable about the pick up and answered all of David's questions. We set up a time and date with Bart for a visual inspection. When we arrived he had it washed and parked where we could see it when we drove in. He met is at the door and introduced himself to us. The truck was just what Dave was looking for. We decided to purchase the truck. The whole sales team came in and expressed their appreciation for picking Emick Chevrolet. The rest of the day went on without a hitch! Thank-You Emick chevrolet! At the time of purchase they recommended a few tonneau covers that they stock and install Two weeks after my purchase they installed my tonneau cover and it has failed to work ever since. I don't have much use for a truck without a working tonneau cover. It just comes undone while I am driving down the road. I have lost nearly 1k worth of personal belongings because they have been unable to fix it. It has been in their shop for 14 days overall since I purchased my truck....just for the tonneau cover which they still have not fixed. I couldn't get anyone to call me back without leaving several messages. Now they are not returning my calls at all. Still waiting for Mike the General Manager to call me after leaving him two messages over one week ago. Don't buy here. You will regret it. I certainly do. More
