When I went to leave, I noticed a new door ding immediately below the driver side door handle. I summoned the service associate, who got the fellow who took the photos. No picture of the door ding. Was told he would have to speak to his manager who was on lunch break. He later called me back to say they would pay for half of a door replacement if I paid for the other half! I’ve bought three new cars from this dealer. I will never again set foot in the place! More

All I can say is Puente Hills Hyundai should kiss the ground Mr. Lee walks on. He had the car towed 200 miles had Javere in service another Blessing that PH Hyundai has. Both made sure everything was taken care of and that I was completely satisfied. In the absence of my experience with Mr Kim, they would have received a 5 star rating easily. More
