I chose to purchase another GMC Sierra after recently having our last GMC Sierra involved in an auto accident, and how well it prote BUYER BEWARE!! I chose to purchase another GMC Sierra after recently having our last GMC Sierra involved in an auto accident, and how well it protected my wife. I came to Orange seeking "Value" and "Piece of Mind" with my next purchase... It's been nothing short of a runaround, series of excuses, and headaches. I normally would have a 3rd party mechanic assess my possible purchase, but was re-assured that Orange's Service Team had thoroughly gone thru the 2011 GMC Sierra I was looking at, and the Sales Team was confident that would not be necessary. That proved not to be to the case. Within a matter of days (not weeks) I notified the Sales Team I was having issues with the truck that clearly should have been caught and dealt with. That's when the headaches began, and continue today. Your credibility with me and family is lost! I'm now left with getting the treatment I should have received from you, from another local GMC Dealer (Richey). Shame on you!! More

Tamara did a fantastic job from start to finish. A true sales professional. The only issue I had was when her boss tried to force us into closing the deal even though I explained that my daughter has Lupus sales professional. The only issue I had was when her boss tried to force us into closing the deal even though I explained that my daughter has Lupus and was about to fall out due the lack of food and that I had to feed her and get her to work. I clearly did not have enough time to do all that had to be done before the dealership closed. That was very stressful and they almost lost my business.
