I had a great experience at Family Hyundai after several negative experiences at other dealerships over the past few years. From the test drive, to trade-in appraisal, to financing the new car, the team at negative experiences at other dealerships over the past few years. From the test drive, to trade-in appraisal, to financing the new car, the team at Family were awesome and made the experience painless. They were straightforward, honest, and helpful without being pushy. This was all just icing on the cake when buying a highly recommended car with an amazing warranty. What more could a buyer ask for? I always have great service from Family Hyundai but on this visit something was wrong with the car wash. It was left wet out in the hot son and if not wiped dry was starting to leave water spots on the fi this visit something was wrong with the car wash. It was left wet out in the hot son and if not wiped dry was starting to leave water spots on the finish and glass. These hard water spots are very hard to remove if not dryed immediately. Fortunately a man called Paul wiped the car down but I had to go over the glass when I got home. I will make sure to ask not to wash the car next time if this is to continue to be the new wash policy. All the people are greatotherwise. More

I brought my Tucson in with a seized engine that was covered under a warranty which was great. The downside was the communication. I have gotten great service in the past but this time I felt I was left covered under a warranty which was great. The downside was the communication. I have gotten great service in the past but this time I felt I was left in the dark. I had to call to find out what was going on with my car, status of the warranty and when it was close to being ready. My car was there for two weeks due to waiting for parts. A call telling me this would have been nice. I always take my car in for oil changes and I usually deal with Tom who always keeps me in the loop. This time I dealt with a different service writer and never got a call except when it was ready. I also used the text option with no response. I’ve bought two cars from Family Hyundai and will continue to bring them for service despite the recent disappointing interaction. More

I visited the Service Department. The waiting room was clean, but no designated seating for social distancing, however, they did have a large sign mandating face coverings...as a must!!! Although they we clean, but no designated seating for social distancing, however, they did have a large sign mandating face coverings...as a must!!! Although they were short handed, and more crowded than usual, since I had an appointment for lube & oil change, I was only there for the normal amount of time for that service. The best part of my time there was getting my car washed!!! I have been a customer at Family for over 10 years, and they've always given 5 star service! More
