This was the first time since owning my Hyundai that I have to give Family Hyundai a poor rating. I was at the dealership 4 hours for an oil change and to have brake pads replaced due to inadequate parts have to give Family Hyundai a poor rating. The staff was not courteous and I had to approach them to obtain any information. I missed a very important business meeting caused by the extended time I was at the dealership. I contacted customer service to express my dissatisfaction. My husband and I are in the market for a new vehicle and I had him sold on the Genesis. This poor customer experience has caused me to rethink purchasing a vehicle from Family Hyundai. More
