I brought car in for oil change and repairs said they can only do oil change. I sat there for an hour and a half, and the girl comes out from service and says you have to reschedule for repairs on car we ca only do oil change. I sat there for an hour and a half, and the girl comes out from service and says you have to reschedule for repairs on car we can only do oil change today. After I made the appointment for both. I asked why, and she said certain mechanics go home at 4:00 and I I had a 4:45 appointment. Well had to make appointment for another day in morning which she said car would probably be in shop all day and I would need to find a ride home. Okay great well I had appointment today, that I had to cancel because I had something come up at work snd I needed my vehicle. So now what another 2 months until I get in. I’m not real happy . More
