it wouldn’t start, had to keep calling to get updates on what was wrong, finally got an update on Tuesday letting me know that I needed a starter which the part wasn’t in stock and I was told it may not be in stock for 1 to 2 weeks. My car is my only means of transportation so that wasn’t going to work for me so I had to have the car towed somewhere else and the work was done, very disappointing that I had to pay $99 dollars for the diagnostics test I’ve bought all three of my cars from family Hyundai not sure if I will buy from them again, didn’t really feel like family to me.
