After watching Craigslist for at least 6 months, we decided to stop in at the #1 rated Honda dealership in PA to see what they had to offer. We were very specific with our price range and the type of car we wanted. The used car salesman, Lennon, found a car that was perfect for us. The eight year old Honda Accord we bought is in like new condition. It was completely serviced and several items replaced (2 new tires, break pads, 2 rotors, a caliber and more) WITHOUT additional cost to us. We walked out of Bianchi knowing we got an excellent deal on a solid used car. We are thrilled with our experience at Bianchi. More

In the end, I feel I got the car that would fit my needs at a pretty fair price. Mike explained the financials and even though he talked fast I didn't feel rushed. It was very helpful to have Lennon explain the controls, program my phone and set up the Sirius XM subscription. He said I was a good driver, but I bet he says that to all the girls... More

I was linked up with Tomas in sales and I informed him of my concerns and reservations in buying a new or owned car, as years pervious we were told "no" due to credit and income! Tomas asked a few questions and stated he would call me back. Of course right away I told myself "well another one bites the dust", figuring he wasn't gonna call. Well..I was surprised, when he did call me back he had great news and told me to come in. When I arrived I was still up in the air not believing I could get a new car. Tomas presented my husband and I with several options to choose from, in which we did. We then we're on test drives. I told Tomas I didn't even want to drive something that I would be told"sorry, we can't...." Tomas replied with "it's gonna work, we will get you the car you want". I laughed!! Well through his work and Michael in finance, we drive off with our new car!! Tomas was very helpful, patient,caring of budget,and most remained optimistic all though I was thinking it wouldn't be possible!! Thank you Bianchi for my new car More
