I worked primarily with Mr. Russel. When I called regarding the back hatch on our 2015 outback not staying open he was quick to get it fixed. The folks at Subaru of Jacksonville are awesome! I took my car in because the driver side door lock wasn't working properly. I had the pleasure of meeting the service manager and getting the issue diagnose my car in because the driver side door lock wasn't working properly. I had the pleasure of meeting the service manager and getting the issue diagnosed immediately. He took pictures of the mechanisms inside the door and explained the functions. His mechanic freed up the action by moving the armature back and forth several times. It was just stuck, not broken. There was no charge for this and I was so grateful. I've always been treated well at Subaru of Jacksonville. I commend them for their honesty and integrity in all areas. More

I am always pleased to be in the dealership. Had a leased 2018 WRX STI for 2.5 years,and just traded up to buy the 2020 model and the transition was easy.
