The folks at Subaru of Jacksonville are awesome! I took my car in because the driver side door lock wasn't working properly. I had the pleasure of meeting the service manager and getting the issue diagnose my car in because the driver side door lock wasn't working properly. I had the pleasure of meeting the service manager and getting the issue diagnosed immediately. He took pictures of the mechanisms inside the door and explained the functions. His mechanic freed up the action by moving the armature back and forth several times. It was just stuck, not broken. There was no charge for this and I was so grateful. I've always been treated well at Subaru of Jacksonville. I commend them for their honesty and integrity in all areas. More

I am always pleased to be in the dealership. Had a leased 2018 WRX STI for 2.5 years,and just traded up to buy the 2020 model and the transition was easy. They are very helpful and when I came back the next 2018 WRX STI for 2.5 years,and just traded up to buy the 2020 model and the transition was easy. They are very helpful and when I came back the next day for a small add-on to the car, they took care of it right away in and out in less than an hour. Courteous and friendly staff make it a pleasant visit each time. More
