Great service! The service manager Mike couldn’t have been nicer. When we got our new car, we ordered side body moldings and wheels locks. When they came in, we set The service manager Mike couldn’t have been nicer. When we got our new car, we ordered side body moldings and wheels locks. When they came in, we set up an appointment to have them installed. He got us in and out as quickly as possible. The waiting room was clean and the coffee was hot! More

My new Crosstrex I had an awesome experience when I went to my closest Subaru dealership. I went with the intent of looking at & hopefully purchasing a 2020 Crosstrex I had an awesome experience when I went to my closest Subaru dealership. I went with the intent of looking at & hopefully purchasing a 2020 Crosstrex Limited Edition, in reality it was a little out of my price range. Lee my salesman led me to a CPO 2019 Crosstrex LTD that I brought home. I never felt pressured while I was there and I learned what a good company they were. He even called me to say thanks for bringing in the second key for my trade in. AJ made the financial part go very quickly & both people were friendly & helpful. More

A+ Service Support Even When Away From Home During a trip to Florida from my hometown in Northwest NC, we were left stranded on the side of the road with an odd clunking noise coming from the re During a trip to Florida from my hometown in Northwest NC, we were left stranded on the side of the road with an odd clunking noise coming from the rear drivetrain. We looked up nearby Subarus, and although Subaru of Jacksonville, FL, was 11 miles further from my location than Subaru of Gainesville, I selected to pay the extra money based on the reviews to have my WRX towed to this dealer. By 10:00 am the next morning, the dealer had already driven the car and diagnosed the issue, which ended up being a bad rear differential on a 2018 WRX with only 13k miles. The part was overnighted and repaired in less than 48 hours of being towed to their dealership. The prioritization and communication are amongst the best I have ever experienced, and I also own high-end BMW M Series and Audi S Series vehicles. Thank you, Subaru of Jacksonville, for getting me back on the road so that I was only 1 day delayed despite the HUGE warranty issue you all faced. More

Had service dept. check out a used car I bought So I bought a used car from a friend for my daughter,I was concerned about any issues it might have. Mike Needham said he would have his mechanic go So I bought a used car from a friend for my daughter,I was concerned about any issues it might have. Mike Needham said he would have his mechanic go over it and check it out. I was amazed at his total overview of the car he gave me. I was offered several options and Mike took care of all the issues the car had. He also recommended subaru services that I definitely took advantage of. Mike knows his cars and took great care of us. He also changed the oil in my wifes lexus. We will definitely be asking for Mike when we need our next service. More

Despite the original service experience, Mike Needham went out ****UPDATE 3/24/2020: I am updating my review and changing it from 2 stars to 5 stars. Despite the original service experience, Mike Needham went out of his way to reach out and discuss my concerns at great length and assure me that the issue has been addressed, and also offered his personal attention and availability going forward. I am optimistic that future service appointments will be smooth sailing. And, I'd like to think that this isn't my last Subaru. Thanks Mike! I take no pleasure in leaving negative feedback. None whatsoever. When you finally return my vehicle the same way that I drive it in, I'll gladly give a 5 star rating. But, for the 2nd time in as many service visits in my 2019 Outback 3.6R, there was a big, oily hand print left right in the center of my hood. Additionally, 1 of the 2 plastic rivets holding the oil access panel has once again gone missing. Mike Needham called me after the first mishap in October 2019 and assured me he has taken care of the issue, and it will never happen again. Once, I can understand it may have been an accident. Twice in a row, what should a customer conclude? Incompetence, lack of respect for others' property? You tell me what a paying customer should think. I replaced the first rivet on my own dime. Now, you owe me two. More
