There is a special focus to the Customer in this dealership. From the moment of your first contact with them, till the day you drive your new vehicle away from their lot, it is nothing else but an amazing experience that you will not easily forget. People say they drive over 100 miles to get to them. I drove 200+ each way , and I do not regret a single one of them. Our family maintains three running BMWs with a combined experience of at least nine of them through the years. There is certainly some kind of magic in this dealership that only Frank Steffen, the sales manager, knows how to do with numbers, that will captivate you and you would not want to leave. And then there is Dirk Steffen (who happens to be related to the big brother) with a wide smile and a sparkling white shirt who is ready to give you everything he owns ranging from his new pen you liked to his jacket pin that he only has one copy of. Not to mention that he also knows his products extremely well. He had answers to all of my questions, and believe me i am an engineering prof, i know how to make them tough. If you want an experience of a lifetime, then go to Dirk and Frank. they will take care of everything for you. They will make you feel they are working for you and not for the dealer. Their goal is to win you as a customer for life, and you will feel it immediately. Do it and you won't regret it. P.S. we also had a short experience with the finance manager, Mike. From our previous experiences, finance managers are usually tough guys that they love to scare you. I do not know how they accomplish this, they must be all trained in the same seminars by the same tutors. But I did not get that vibe from Mike. He was very fair and very relaxed.
