I made the purchase over the phone, the process was actually enjoyable! When I arrived my BMW was meticulously cleaned, full of gas ,owners manuals and both sets of keys! I have had to go a round or two with some previous dealers regarding these items. It was just a great experience I strongly encourage anyone looking for a car to check these folks out!
