After I spent over 4 months looking at cars from different Norm Reeves dealers . In Santa Ana,Irvine...the sales people made me feel like I was wasting their time...I called Norm Reeves Honda of C different Norm Reeves dealers . I spoke to him and there was No pressure sales tactics. Mr Porter is a true professional. We texted each other for two weeks before we met. He was responsive and provided all the information that I requested. I drove to Norm Reeves Honda of Cerritos dealership unannounced. Texted Mr Porter from my car and we looked at the Honda Odyssey that I was interested in and we made a deal... Mr Porter made it very easy. Mr Ramzi Mahmoud took care of the finance. The salesman, Mike Porter, was very good, but the dealership did not support me as I thought they would. I had purchased the same vehicle from another dealer just two months prior and they had great dealership did not support me as I thought they would. There was no owners manual in this used truck, nor could they unlock a cable bike lock connected to the bed of the truck. I also thought they should have provided a second key for the truck. A second key was provided from the other dealership alo G with another key fob. So, I am disappointed with Moen Teebes. More
